Tony Agostino is a native of Thunder Bay and began his musical training at the age of twelve with guitar studies in the genres of folk, classical and rock. His studies and experiences have afforded him opportunities to pass his knowledge on to his own students, and to perform with various bands and groups in Thunder Bay over the years, in both secular and sacred settings. He has recorded and performed with Rita Chiarelli and co-founded local group Flamenco Caravan in 2003. Tony is a co-writer and performer of all Flamenco Caravan’s original music, bringing a keen sense of musical lyricism and melody to the songwriting table. His eclectic musical experiences and fine sensibility combine perfectly with his love of creating and performing music with Flamenco Caravan.
